Christmas Around the World Final Instructions
This Friday is Christmas Around the World for all of you who have purchased tickets. There is some important information to keep in mind including:
Just a few quick reminders:
-doors will open at 9 am, please be seated by 9:45 am
-backpacks and large bags will not be permitted in the Marriott Center
-babies and children under age 5 or older than age 12 will not be admitted to this performance
-limit one adult chaperone per family

PLEASE NOTE:
- BABIES AND CHILDREN UNDER AGE 5 WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THIS PERFORMANCE
- YOUTH OLDER THAN 12 YEARS OLD WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THIS PERFORMANCE
- Additional single tickets will not be available to purchase for this event at any time.
- Seat location will be assigned by ushers upon arrival at the Marriott Center. Saving seats will not be allowed for this performance. If you wish to sit by another family, please wait until everyone has arrived to enter the Marriott Center together.
- Tickets will not be issued for this performance. Please bring this email as proof of purchase. Ushers will check your name on a list at the door upon arrival.
- Please do not bring backpacks or large bags as they will not be allowed in the Marriott Center.
- Parking will be available in the lots north (19Y) and northeast (20Y) of the Marriott Center (see attached map for location) except for all stalls marked with an “A” sign. Do not park in the “A” parking stalls or 15 minute parking. Please follow the directions of the traffic officers on duty.
- Doors Open
- Doors for the Marriott Center will open at 9:00 a.m. Please enter through the northeast doors.
- Please have all students seated by 9:45 a.m. so that we may start the performance promptly on time at 10:00 a.m.
- Additional single tickets will not be available to purchase for this event at any time.
- Paper tickets will not be issued for this performance. Ushers will check the name of your group on a list at the door upon arrival.
