2018 – 2019 Year In Review

Its been another successful homeschool year for our community. We have created a new website, hosted several social events, academic events and put together even more field trips. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who participates and helps put the events on. We couldn’t do it without your help! We would especially like to thank those who are stepping down from their positions this year to give their time to other things. Jessie Thurston has served as our Academic Chair and made sure that those events ran smoothly and were officially registered with the state. She is also the main one behind the scenes who made possible the new website. It is because of her talents and hard work that we have been able to step forward with this new site. Sydney Darling took on the monumental task of organizing and planning all the field trips this year. This requires communication with many different organizations, coordinating large groups of people, and attending the events. Her position is a critical one and we appreciate all she has done. Thank you to both these ladies for their hard work and sacrifice. We will miss you.

With these changes comes new beginnings. We have two new women who have stepped up and filled positions where they were needed. Karina Jacobs will be our new Secretary and Nichole Parmley will be attacking the field trips. We are so grateful to these great ladies for being willing to take on these tasks.

So here is good bye to the 2018-2019 school year, and hello to summer break and new beginnings! We hope to see you all again in August at our Not Back to School Party!! There are great things to come!
