WHEN is a parent–led, volunteer-powered non-profit organization that enhances the education of all homeschooling families in Utah County and surrounding areas by:

Sponsoring both community and state-recognized bees and fairs
Coordinating field trips and activities
Hosting  social events
Dispersing information
Networking families to local, geographically based homeschool groups

You’ve got the home part of homeschool covered, let us handle the Events! We offer over a dozen cultural experiences at BYU and the Scera Theater, as well as both academic and  social events each year. We hope you join us for our amazing adventures through out the year.

WHEN is a great place to find “socialization” or “civilization” for your kids, as well as a great way for YOU to connect with other homeschooling parents. Many a friendship has been made, a curriculum recommendation exchanged, and a co-op found through WHEN Events.

Our organization works because each member family provides something that they do well to benefit the entire group. Through WHEN volunteers you will find wonderful academic events, field trips, plays, social events, mentor nights,  discounted classes, several holiday events, WHEN days, WHEN exclusive member discounts, and so much more. Each year we strive to bring all we can to the WHEN experience.
