W.H.E.N. is so excited to be holding a unique science fair this year!
We are thrilled to have it open to All Homeschoolers!!

The fair will be virtual allowing us to make this year’s science fair the best one yet!

If it has anything to do with science, we want to see it! It can be as simple as learning about gravity and watching items fall from different heights, to the most complex thing you can think up. We will have several different categories listed in the registration for your children to choose from this year. The virtual nature of this year’s fair should make it easy for every child who wants, to submit something – anything – that has to do with their learning of science this year!

Videos for the W.H.E.N. Science Fair will be accepted between 2/15/2022 and 2/28/2022. (More details will follow via email)

Early Registration is encouraged and has began,  so that we can plan accordingly for judging. We highly encourage you to participate, even if it’s last minute.

Science fair projects will be submitted in the form of a pre-recorded video with your child explaining what they did (please keep under 2 minutes). Due to logistics, you will need to put this video on YouTube (you can create a free private account) and submit the link to your video. (Instructions on how to do so is posted on the W.H.E.N. We’re hoping for lots of participation, which means we also need the participation of moms, dads, older siblings, grandparents, and anyone else interested, in being part of the fair in the form of watching videos of and judging projects.

Registration:

Early Registration Fees – November 23, 2021 thru December 31, 2021
Members – $6 per entry

All Other Homeschoolers –  $18 per entry

Registration Fees –  January 1, 2022 thru February 14, 2022  
Members – $12 per entry

All Other Homeschoolers –  $24 per entry
