Volunteers… we need you!

We are still looking for some volunteers to help fill the positions of the great woman who are moving onto other things. We have three positions to fill. Below are the title and descriptions along with the time required in a year to fulfill it.

Secretary/Treasure:

     -Approximately 20 hours/year

     -Attend the quarterly board meetings

     -Post WHEN news on website and other social media pages

     -Help monitor emails and forums

     -Help plan WHEN activities

Academic Event Chair

     -Approximately 20 hours/year

     -Register for each academic event we offer

     -Assist the academic co-chairs with the event they are specifically over

     -Help find locations to hold the events

     -Attend the quarterly board meetings

     -Attend each event if possible

     -Make sure WHEN is following the state and national requirements with each event

Field Trip Chair

     -Approximately 20 hours/year

     -Plan and follow through with field trips only available to or discounts provided for large groups

     -Maintain relationships with BYU, Scera Theater, and others to make their school field trips available to WHEN

     -Work with WHEN treasurer to pay for these events

     -Post WHEN events on website and any others that the community may want to be aware of
