We are sorry you were having trouble purchasing tickets to the Nutcracker event. We were having technical difficulties but they should now be fixed. Please try again to get your tickets.
I just want to make sure I understand, we can’t bring children over 12? Last year there were many older kids there. I just don’t want to buy a ticket for my older daughter if she can’t come with us?

I have been trying to purchase tickets all day. I have tried through my paypal account and I have tried using a credit card. I realize that there are technical difficulties, but people have been purchasing tickets today, because the amount available has decreased. What am I doing wrong? Anyone have ideas that may help?

Do I need to buy a ticket for a 2 year old?
Kristin, I would say if the child takes a seat then buy a ticket, if they sit on your lap, then you don’t need to. The Ballet did not specifically say in their instructions, only “all ages welcome”, but that seems fair to me.
What time do we need to be there for the Nutcracker ballet to check in? I did not receive an email with event details. Thanks
